How was Reyhani Motors formed?
Reyhani Modern East Caspian Company, under the RMC brand, began its activities in 2012 (1391 SH) and entered the market with the production of a fully equipped 28-foot double-deck recreational boat as its first product. Among the company’s other productions are boats for parasailing applications and submersible boats. After some time, in order to expand operations and increase efficiency, it was decided that the company would be relocated to Sari, the capital of Mazandaran province, to gain access to the largest sales market of recreational boats in Mazandaran province and Gilan. Considering the rapid growth of the tourism industry in these two northern provinces, which together have nearly 1,000 kilometers of coastline and a wide range of marine recreational activities, a very bright future lies ahead for the development of recreational vessel manufacturing. We aim to secure a share of this large market by producing high-quality, world-class vessels, expand the culture of recreational boating in these two provinces, prevent the import of expensive foreign vessels that cause capital outflow, and contribute to the creation of direct and indirect employment in our beloved country, Iran.Reyhani Motors Company is a legally registered company and, after obtaining initial approval, has successfully received an operating license for the production of various fiberglass vessels. The company, under the supervision of the Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran, holds a shipbuilding workshop certification. It is among the companies that, after vessel production, issue registration plates and standard maritime permits. The official vessel document is transferred through a notary office to the buyer’s name, and the vessel owner can use the boat at sea at any time without any restrictions. The company also holds an approved shipbuilding workshop license under the Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran and a vessel safety certification. All vessels produced by this company are officially documented and transferred after production, and navigation permits are issued under the supervision of the maritime police at the coastal location specified by the buyer.

Mohammad Reza Reyhani
Mohammadreza Reyhani Neiat, CEO of Reyhani Motors Company, was born in May 1971 in Mashhad. He completed his education in Ahvaz in the field of Electrical Engineering. Working at the Quchan bicycle manufacturing factory was one of his first professional experiences in the industrial sector.
However, his activities were not limited to this field, and his resume includes experience in various areas such as the production of billiard and snooker tables, establishment of an MDF workshop, founding a car gas conversion company, manufacturing a handmade Lamborghini-style car, and producing various submersible and parasailing boats.
